This entailed a variety of tasks, from personnel management and training to budgeting for essentials like appliances, furniture, and cleaning supplies. Moreover, I interacted with guests to resolve any concerns they may have had with their lodgings. I continuously maintained a positive attitude and created a welcoming atmosphere for guests and stayed up-to-date with current trends and hotel updates.

I handled emergency and/or incident related calls in which I would dispatch police officer(s) and/or Fire, EMT personnel, via radio, to the location of the emergency or incident. I operated computer aided dispatch system (CAD) and emergency TDD for hearing-impaired callers and multiple phone lines. I worked with concentration despite any distractions, interruptions or problems. Dealt with sensitive (confidential) information in a discreet and professional manner. Remained alert, calm, and courteous under extreme stress situations. Worked shift work under high stress conditions. I worked under Chief Dale E. Alwan during this time here.
